How are costs structured?
For each travel project, we provide a detailed breakdown of all supplier costs per unit and in total, including any applicable taxes such as city tourism tax. Additionally, we clearly outline Asembli’s fixed commission percentage, ensuring full transparency and no hidden fees.
How do you provide travel support?
Our dedicated project manager and support staff offer 24/7 email and phone assistance throughout the group’s travel. Additionally, we provide on-site support when needed, ensuring immediate help for any situation. Our team also uses real-time communication tools and travel tracking systems to monitor and address any issues proactively.
What happens if a trip is cancelled?
If a trip is canceled, we take all necessary measures to minimize financial losses for our client, depending on the timing and conditions of the cancellation. We work diligently to recover costs from suppliers and only retain our agent’s fees. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and financially efficient cancellation process.
What services do you not cover?
We do not provide services unrelated to our core offering of accommodation. Additionally, we do not cater to groups with fewer than 9 participants or trips to destinations classified as high travel risk by relevant authorities.
